First they snubbed the passion of the christ, and this year they snubbed brokeback mountain, hollywood will never reward a conservative movie.
My vote was for “Crash”-a great movie !!
Generally movies that win oscors don’t have enough explosions.
Crash was the one film out of the top five that I actually ended up seeing. Now, was Cinderella Man considered last year? I loved that movie…

the thing I liked about the awards last night as opposed to the last several was there wasn’t as much of a ‘i’m wonderfull so i’m going to perform for you’ vibe…they actually laughed at themselves last night.
I was wholly surprised at some of the winners last night. Nobody that I talked to thought that Crash was the best movie of the five. A lot of vanilla. Good thing that the Academy continues to be bold and take chances (sarcasm).
