Jail time for George Bush?

I am starting to think that someone has to be held accountable for the last eight years specificaly for the torturing of people and the wat profiteering that has taken place. At the very least anyone who has profited from the war, like oh say Dick Cheney, should face a civil suit and asset forfieture. Anyone who has condoned torture should see the inside of a jail cell.

As much as it would be nice to move foreward and look the other way, at some point we as a country have to show that our laws matter and that world law matters as well. An investigation and trial of Dick Cheney and George Bush would show that as a country we do in fact respect the law and that no one is above it. If Cheney and Bush are allowed to go unpunished we are saying that certain people are above the law, and our laws are meaningless.

Obama needs to do the unpopular thing, and prosecute anyone who committed a crime in the Bush administration; if he doesn’t he risks letting his presidency seem to condone the torture and other crimes committed over the last eight years.

I think that he should be tried for murder for every fallen soldier that he sent to Iraq to find WMD’s that never even existed. He then should be tried for Larceny for stealing oil and selling it to US citizens at over 4 dollars per gallon to fund his families wealth through his oil company interests. A true white collar thief and murderer

The list of reasons why him and so many around his MUST go to jail is very long on. I wish they would stop dragging there feet and get on with it. I want to see trials. I want to see prison sentences. Criminals belong in jail and they are the greatest criminals of all. I still don’t know how he didn’t get impeached. If lies about BJ’s = impeachment I don’t know how the 7904 things he did that were illegal never managed to = impeachment. Makes no sense to me.

Especially now with Cheney and his spawn running around bragging about torturing people, something needs to be done.

If Cheney was so proud of torture why did he let the Guards from Abu Graib go to prison.

Bush should go to jail because the things he did were wrong sending all those people out there and the casualties were to much and he sent more and more soldiers out there he ruined the lifes of many american he should be in jail for the rest of his life and his company should be shut down immediately bush has caused pain and toture for a lot of americans and iraqians all for his selfish reason they should have been impeached him and threw him in jail he’s suppose to be there for americas best benefit and all he did was go against the amendements and go for things that would make the rich richer and the poor poorer he’s what you call a jerk

By not prosecuting Bush and Cheney the U.S has completly lost the moral high ground. We are no better than any other country that harbors war criminals
